By listening to each others kwentos, we learn about ourselves through community. Here, we share our interactions with constructs of gender, race, & class; our history of colonization & cultural excavation; the song & ability of our Pinay bodies; our relationship to religion & spirituality; and our understandings of home, hiya, utang na loob, self and belonging.


A term coined by early Filipino/a migrants in the 20s to describe the experience of being born or living in the United States of America.
